Legal Agreement

1. Definitions

"GymNode" refers to the management platform, software, and services provided. "User" refers to the gym owner, administrator, or authorized staff member accessing the platform. "Service" encompasses all features, tools, and functionalities offered via the GymNode application.

2. Scope of Service

GymNode provides a cloud-based operational infrastructure designed for gym management. This includes member database management, financial tracking, automated payroll assistance, and communication tools. We reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance the Service to improve performance and user experience.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Share account access with unauthorized third parties.
• Input fraudulent or inaccurate financial data into the system.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform architecture, design elements, source code, logos, and proprietary tools are the exclusive intellectual property of GymNode. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any content or data within the system beyond the specific business data you input.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellations

Access to GymNode is granted on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annual).

• Payments are processed automatically based on your selected cycle.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; however, no partial refunds will be provided for remaining time in the billing period.
• Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of Service access and data locking.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GymNode, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
